Mais tu vas voir \u00e0 notre retour et l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine au ski&#8230;&#8230;..Bon, vous d\u00e9sirez le r\u00e9gime miracle et bien il n&rsquo;y en a pas, c&rsquo;est r\u00e9gime 1200 cal forc\u00e9ment pas d&rsquo;alcool et 100g de f\u00e9culent ou 1\/6 de baguette par repas mais la diff\u00e9rencec&rsquo;est l&rsquo;eau miraculeuse de Brides pas de Lourdes non de Brides : 3 fois par jour avant le repas 200cl d&rsquo;eau \u00e0 32\u00b0 + 1 litre d&rsquo;eau froide. L&rsquo;eau chaude devrait normalementnous \u00e9viter d&rsquo;avoir faim .
