Selon la l\u00e9gende la ville a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9e par Alexandre Le Grand aux alentours du IV\u00e8me si\u00e8cle et faisait partie de la D\u00e9capole. La D\u00e9capole \u00e9tait le groupement des plus grandes villes commerciales pendant la p\u00e9riode romaine et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiait \u00e0 ce titre d’am\u00e9nagement : route pav\u00e9e, th\u00e9atre, forum…. Apam\u00e9e et Bosra en Syrie faisaient partie \u00e9galement de la D\u00e9capole. Jerash est admirablement conserv\u00e9 et des fouilles ont toujours lieu actuellement.on rentre par la porte d’Adrien, puis tout de suite \u00e0 gauche l’hippodrome\"P1050812.JPG\"<\/a> \"P1050820.JPG\"<\/a><\/p>\n
