G\u00e9rard a vu, juste avant de partir, un reportage sur l\u2019Uruguay et sur le chef Esteban Aguirre qui poss\u00e8de 9 restaurants gastronomiques dont un \u00e0<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Pueblo Garzon. C\u2019est sous la pluie que nous arrivons \u00e0 ce petit village tr\u00e8s sympa mais l\u00e0, le restaurant est ferm\u00e9 et il n\u2019y a m\u00eame plus d\u2019enseigne.
